Role Summary
Lead and deliver all civil construction activities for the OYLZ project, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end civil works, planning, execution, and site supervision.
- Control project schedule, cost, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, variations, and claims.
- Lead site teams and ensure quality and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Experience with MS Project / Primavera.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
