We are looking for a bilingual Audio Visual (AV) Engineer with knowledge of Video Conference & AV equipment, WebEx & Zoom operations. Our client is one of the largest American banks located in Tokyo.

Job Description:

• Assist with the design, management, and implementation of Audio-Visual and media services for the entire meeting space environment.
• Responsible for the execution of Audio-Visual / IT Projects.
• Complete various projects within budget and timeframe while complying with relevant statutory and client requirements.
• Assist in managing and monitoring project coordination, including cost control, interim payments, and various claims.
• Take technical responsibility for designing specialized Audio-Visual systems and platforms based on evolving requirements.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience in multinational enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Video Conference & AV equipment, WebEx & Zoom operations, with Cisco infrastructure experience being a plus.
• Experience in financial organizations is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and take on challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, customer orientation, and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• A background check and a signed confidentiality agreement with the client are mandatory.
